Collected personal data If you use the form to submit a request to open a new User Group in your city, you will need to provide some information that can be used to identify and contact you (“Personal Data”).
These data are:

  • Name and surname
  • City of residence
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

If you decide to participate in the community using the internal messaging tool “Slack”, any personal data that you may provide (by way of example but not limited to: email address) will be processed directly by the provider of the aforementioned service, i.e. Slack Technologies LLC.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The personal data provided to beSharp via the form are used exclusively to be able to correctly manage your request.
The aforementioned data will be processed for the sole purpose of following up and responding to your request (execution of the contract). The provision of data is necessary because without it we would not be able to answer you.
If necessary, the data may also be used for the legitimate interest of the owner to carry out defensive activities or to assert or defend a right in court.

Subjects in charge of the treatment
The data will be processed by employees specifically authorized for processing. The data may also be communicated – and therefore known – by the competent authorities in the event of specific requests to which the owner is required, by law, to follow up, in the event of any disputes for which
their involvement is necessary.
The communication is in any case limited to the categories of data whose transmission is necessary for the performance of the activities and purposes pursued.

Methods of data processing
The data acquired through the form are processed with IT tools.
For the processing of data connected to the website services, the Data Controller uses servers located within the European territory.
beSharp adopts all the security measures necessary to ensure that your data is treated in a secure manner and in compliance with current regulations on privacy, to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Rights of the interested party
We remind you that, according to current legislation, you always have the right to exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation, oblivion, complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority, opposition and revocation of consent.
